GDA Auction Co. of Texas is a public auction service based in
McAllen, Texas, that is dedicated to serving the public through its
public auctions. The company serves and represents numerous
government agencies, estates, school districts, companies, and
various agencies and associations throughout south Texas.

GDA is a public auction. Depending who they are serving and
representing at any given time, the services and products to be
auctioned vary from one auction to another.
How often is it held?
Auctions are held every 60 to 90 days, depending on the inventory
available at a pre-determined date and time. Visit our website from

What are methods of payments?
Methods of payment include cash, local check (with proper ID)
Cashier’s Check, Drafts (with prior approval only)
What do you need to buy?
A valid I.D. is required upon purchasing
Where are the
items from?
The orgin of the items depends on who GDA is conducting the auction
for. They range from government foreclosures, drug seizures, school
districts, government agencies, public and private companies.
Can you
preview the items before the sale starts?
Yes. Auctions are held on a Saturday and the public can preview the
items on Friday the day before the auction. Registration is required
before viewing and purchasing.
When do you
pay for the purchase?
Full payment is required the same day of any purchase made.
How long do I
have to pick up items that were purchased?
Items purchased must be removed on the same day of day of purchase,
however more time may be allowed depending on the amount and size of
the items. (Vehicles, tractor trailers, etc.)
Attention: all
sales are final and sold as is. A buyer’s fee will apply to all
purchases made.
